Giardina 2018
For the Giardina 2018 garden design fair in Zürich, LIGHT ON teamed up with the companies Esthec AG, Archivolto and Studio Reed to design an exhibition stand: the aim was to create a garden oasis.
The stand showcased a perfect interplay between innovative garden design, high-quality floor surfaces for outdoor spaces/exteriors and an exclusive fountain design. LIGHT ON created the lighting concept which deliberately dispensed with an extensive, wide-area approach to illuminating idyllic little gardens. Instead, important elements were specifically accentuated and presented in a subtly romantic garden light which invoked the atmosphere of a balmy summer night. Extraordinary garden architecture combined with an idiosyncratic choice of plants, a three-dimensionally curved fountain and special light and water effects have gone to create a perfect display garden.
