Welcome to the project Hotel Krone

For the Sporthotel Krone in Churwalden, LIGHT ON realised a harmonious lighting concept blending technical lighting and decorative bespoke luminaires.

Powerful miniature luminaires with nanotechnology provide the ambient light. The outstanding glare control of these LEDs guarantees optimum working conditions in the conference rooms, eliminating reflection from mobile phone or tablet screens.

In the restaurant, at the bar and in guest rooms, these innovative luminaires ensure a homogeneous ambient light throughout and a pleasantly warm atmosphere despite their high luminance. Placing them between the featured wooden slats achieves intriguing 3D effects.

The crown motif, featured in the hotel’s corporate identity as well as a stylised Graubünden mountain lsandscape catch the eye throughout in many of the specially made, decorative light fittings. The highlight is an illuminated ring with crown elements and hanging, sparkling crystals.
