Predigekirche - Zurich
This early baroque church in Niederdorf is used for church services, concerts and exhibitions. LIGHT ON developed a light concept which satisfies the wide-ranging requirements for use:
three-unit suspended lens luminaires with a high direct and indirect portion of light provide the optimum lighting strengths during both the exhibitions and concerts. The pivoted lens units were equipped with differing lamps (2 x 150 Watt halogen lamp, 1 x halogen metal halide lamp with 70 Watts). The light is designed so that its ignition device is integrated in the centre section. It proved possible for the large ballast units to be installed under the roof. A special cable enables the light to be lowered to a maintenance-friendly height for adjustment purposes.
