Light – a dynamic design element
Static, moving, two- or three-dimensional, as an illusion and in time sequences – there are practically no limits to lighting design. In the theater scene, artificial light has been used as a design element since the beginning of the 19th century. The lighting controls used here early on have now finally found their way into modern architecture. So has daylight – one of the most striking sources of light. Thanks to today’s level of development and expertise, it has become an important element in lighting design.
